Face-to-Face Interviews are a central strength of Lyons Associates, with techniques developed and honed over twenty years' experience. All Face-to-Face Interviews are attended by two Partners, both of whom have a wide and current experience of the IT Marketplace. The individual Interviews are primarily directed by the Senior Partner, with input, prompts and copious note-taking as the task of the other Partner present. In this way, Lyons Associates can probe the ‘idiosyncrasies’ of this Marketplace and fully understand them, while also enabling the ‘hidden agendas’ of the IT Managers/Directors to be addressed.
