At Lyons Associates, our unique experience and capabilities enable us to accurately assess Clients’ exact information and intelligence requirements and this means we deliver correct and reliable responses concisely, and on time. Based in Hampshire (convenient for London and the M3/M4 corridor), we typically work within the UK and European IT Sectors (EMEA), but have also completed major Consultancy Projects in Australia, the USA and the Far East. In the past few years Lyons Associates Clients have included EMC, Fujitsu, Fujitsu Siemens, HDS, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Network Appliances, Omnetica, Siemens Business Services, StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, SunGard and Toshiba. We have worked with many of our Clients since 1982 and we have consequently evolved our business to suit their ever-changing needs and requirements, confident it is this flexibility that is key to our success as we continuously partner our Clients towards their own growth and success. Consequently, we are very pleased to say that we have an enviable stable of loyal Blue Chip Clients, which includes major IT Users and Vendors and, not surprisingly, we have never had to formally advertise our Services. Today, our Partnership comprises two experienced Partners and a team of Independent Researchers and Industry Associates:- David Alan Lyons, Senior Partner Lyons Associates’ Founder and Senior Partner, David Lyons, has an impressive wealth of experience (30+ years), based on his Services Management and Marketing roles within such companies as Digital Equipment Co., IBM, Control Data and Input of the United States. As Senior Consultant, he designs and manages Bespoke and Multi-client Projects and specialists in critical in-depth interviewing at Executive level. David is also a consummate and popular regular Industry Guest Speaker at major International Industry Conferences, for individual Clients, and at our annual Workshops and Conferences. Susie Radcliffe joined Lyons Associates as a Co-Partner in 1986 with over 10 years’ experience of the Consultancy arena, and having worked at a Senior Level in Economic, PR and IT Consultancies, both in the UK and in the Middle East. She has now been with the company for over 20 years and is an experienced Author and Analyst. Apart from her primary roles of: ‘Market-Watching’; Client Project Management; Data Analysis; Report Composition, Management and Production; Programme Liaison and Conference Organization; she also co-ordinates and administrates the work of our experienced Team of Researchers and Consultants in the field.
