CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MAJOR IT USERS.Lyons Associates have worked with major Users on key strategic Service and Support issues for their IT Systems and Networks. These bespoke projects provide data, qualified information and strategic market intelligence on clearly focused arenas, enabling Clients to introduce effective and structured solutions to their Service and Support needs and expectations. Recently, Lyons Associates have worked with a Major User in detailing their IT Strategy and Service Requirements and then in the final Vendor selection. Indeed, a growing area of expertise is in advising the IT User in the successful selection of Service Providers, including Business Continuity and Workplace Recovery. Lyons Associates take the pressure off the User by producing the RFP, then evaluating the Proposals and producing a detailed short list that clearly highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each response. Each Project is handled by our Senior Research Staff who have established Industry specialisation.
